Talent Technology Corporationís Resume Mirror division announced today that it has released the full suite of Microsoft Office add-in tools for its award-winning Enterprise Applicant Manager (EAM) product. The easy-to-use Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer add-ins allow recruiters to automatically process resumes from their inbox, directly from MS Word or when sourcing candidates on the Internet using MS Internet Explorer. The full suite of Microsoft Office add-ins combine to give recruiters a powerful productivity boost by enabling them to easily capture and submit resume data from their most common business applications directly into their candidate database.

The full suite of Microsoft Office add-ins includes specific tools for:

ï Microsoft Outlook: Using a single button in the Outlook toolbar, recruiters are able to select one to many email messages from their Inbox (with an attachment or with resume data in the message itself) and with a single click, have the resume data parsed and automatically entered into the candidate database via EAM.

ï Microsoft Word: Using a single button in the Word toolbar, recruiters can submit a resume they are viewing in Word directly into the candidate database via EAM.

ï Internet Explorer: Using a single button in the Internet Explorer toolbar, recruiters can submit a resume they are viewing in Internet Explorer from a website (such as a job board website) directly into the candidate database via EAM.

ìThe single click of a mouse allowed us to achieve significant productivity and process improvements.î says Martha Purdam, HRIS Manager for Altera Corporation. ìThe EAM add-in for Microsoft Outlook allowed us to point and click on a resume document in an inbox and see the extracted data in our PeopleSoft application within seconds. Resume Mirrorís EAM application also provided us with improvements in data quality that further increased the return on investment in Resume Mirror’s overall solution.î

ìThe productivity gains recruiters achieve from these Office add-in tools truly enables them to focus on recruiting, not administration,î says Don Darrah, Vice President, Resume Mirror Product Division, Talent Technology Corporation. ìWith resumes coming to recruiters from a multitude of sources, being able to easily capture them from within the various Office applications they use every day saves both time and effort. Because the Office add-in tools are so fast and easy to deploy and use, resumes no longer sit on a particular recruiterís desktop, but are submitted to the candidate database and accessible to the entire recruiting team, furthering the return on investment and user acceptance of the overall recruiting system.î

EAM is a hosted service that provides advanced resume data extraction and processing functionality to companies utilizing existing ERP based recruiting modules and commercial ATS systems. EAM includes Microsoft Office add-ins that allow recruiters to automatically process resumes received in their MS Outlook inbox, resumes open in MS Word or resumes found on the Internet using MS Internet Explorer. EAM is continually evolving through customer feedback from organizations such as Altera Corporation, McKesson Corporation, St. Vincent’s Health and CB Richard Ellis, among many others.
