Resume Mirror announced that it has been chosen by the Central Council of the Tlingit

.

Resume Mirror, a division of Talent Technology Corporation and developers of leading-edge recruiting technology components, today announced that it has been chosen by the Central Council of the Tlingit and Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska (CCTHITA) to support the design and implementation of its new career portal and power it with Resume Mirrorís EAM and EngeniumHR technologies. CCTHITA is the Tribal Government representing approximately 26,000 Tlingit and Haida Indians worldwide and provides a number of services to its members including employment services.

The CCTHITA career portal will include a central online candidate database where members will be able to create, upload and store their resumes and then allows them to search and match their qualifications to open positions. Also, the CCTHITAís recruiting staff and area employers will be able to search the candidate database to quickly find qualified members for their open positions. Because the career portal is completely electronic and web based, members can access it from any computer connected to the internet in order to create and modify their resume, search the database or apply for positions.

The career portal will be powered by Resume Mirrorís Enterprise Applicant Manager (EAM) solution for quickly and accurately extracting information from a memberís resume and automatically entering the structured data directly into the candidate database. Resume Mirrorís EngeniumHR conceptual search technology will also be used to power the candidate search and match functions of the career portal.

ìWe are very excited to be partnering with Resume Mirror to bring the advanced capabilities of a web-based career portal to our members and area employers,î says Sharon Olsen, Director Employment & Training for the CCTHITA. ìWith the fact that many of our members live in remote locations, having a web-based career portal that is accessible from any internet connected computer will be a great benefit to them. As well, our recruiters and employers will be able to take advantage of the portalís advanced search and match capabilities to help them quickly find qualified members for their open positions.î

ìResume Mirror is pleased to have been chosen by the CCTHITA to deliver the resume processing and search capabilities for their new career portal,î says Don Darrah, Vice President for Resume Mirror. ìWeíve always positioned our solutions and expertise as a way for organizations to enhance their career sites and this relationship is an excellent example of how Resume Mirror can deliver the required components and expertise in a way that benefits job seekers, employers and recruiters. We are looking forward to working with the CCTHITA to provide a state of the art career portal that can be used as a model for other organizations with similar requirements.î
