Resume Mirror, a division of Talent Technology Corporation and developers of leading-edge recruiting technology components, today announced it has received validation of its integration of EAM with Oracleís PeopleSoft Enterprise 8.9 recruiting solution. Resume Mirror, a Certified Partner in the Oracle PartnerNetwork, is one of the first partners to validate its integration with PeopleSoft Enterprise 8.9 Candidate Gateway offering. The validation helps ensure that Resume Mirrorís resume processing solutions seamlessly integrate with Candidate Gateway and Talent Acquisition Manager, part of the PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) applications.
EAM is a focused application developed specifically to work with PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM implementations. EAM improves the online application experience for job seekers, improves response management with candidates, reduces recruiter workloads and cuts outsourced hardcopy resume and application processing costs. EAM also includes a resume processing add-in for email, which allows resumes received via email to be instantly parsed and the data automatically entered into the customerís candidate management system. EAM has been adopted by customers using PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM applications versions 8.3 through 8.9.
ìOracle supports partners offering advanced technologies that add significant value to existing users of our products,î said DJ Chhabra, Oracle Vice President, HCM Product Strategy. ìResume Mirrorís EAM streamlines both the applicantís and the recruiterís experience whether resumes are submitted via email, hardcopy, job boards or a corporate Web site. Corporate recruiters will be excited about the new email add-in module which dramatically improves their ability to input and share candidate data via their PeopleSoft candidate database. The recent validation with Oracle helps alleviate the integration headache for customers, and thereby enables a lower total cost of ownership.î
ìEAM for PeopleSoft products from Oracle is a long-term strategic initiative that we are deeply invested in,î said Don Darrah, vice president, Resume Mirror. ìWe built our solution around the integration and migration architecture provided by Oracle and this has proven to offer a seamless migration path for PeopleSoft customers. This latest validation for PeopleSoft 8.9 further demonstrates our commitment to add value to Oracle solutions as new versions come to market. EAM is flexible and most importantly, delivers significant value to PeopleSoft HCM users. Our current PeopleSoft installed base selected EAM because our solution addresses significant process issues and improves both the usability and ROI of their current recruiting solution,î continued Darrah.
