Preparations for the Olympics have fuelled demand for support from Resourcing Solutions Ltd and the recruiting expert for the infrastructure, engineering and construction sectors, is readying itself for the continuing surge in activity by growing its team numbers by 30%.
The company which currently employs 70 people is recruiting across the entire organisation and in recent weeks has successfully attracted 8 people to join its ranks and a further 16 posts are currently being advertised with the intention of completing its internal recruitment drive by the middle of the summer.
Resourcing Solutionsí clients include the majority of the major partners to the Olympic construction project. To enhance the managed service and project based recruitment solutions the company already provides to these and other companies, Resourcing Solutions is also opening a London office to meet the growing demand to find skilled workers to help complete one of the largest construction projects in the UKís history.
