Resourcing Solutions Appoints Divisional Manager for Engineering

Resourcing Solutions Ltd (RSL), the UKís specialist recruiter for the construction and engineering sectors today announces the appointment of Guy Weekly. Guy joins the company as Divisional Manager, Engineering, which encompassing the companyís facilities maintenance, mechanical and electrical service offerings.

A qualified electrician, Guy moved into recruiting technical staff 15 years ago. Guy has held a variety of consultant and business development roles across the rail, civil engineering and construction sectors. He joins RSL following 3.5 years with Mane Contract Services, where he was Divisional Manager for Rail. Guy built the permanent division from scratch, supplying a variety of key accounts in the rail sector with permanent and contract staff managing rolling stock, civil engineering and infrastructure works.

At RSL Guy will be responsible for building the latest sector offering provided by RSL which has already seen significant growth since its launch 18 months ago. The engineering division already provides a managed service for one of the UKís leading contracting houses with over 300 vacancies a year, as well as delivering staff for many more consultancies, contractors and local government clients.
