RecruitRank Award 2008 Finalists Announced

Jobsite are pleased to announce the finalists for the RecruitRank Awards 2008. Recognising best practice and quality customer service in recruitment agencies, the RecruitRank Awards are the only awards in the industry where finalists and winners are chosen by the feedback from candidates and not a panel of industry judges.

Launched by leading online recruiter Jobsite (www.jobsite.co.uk) in November 2005, RecruitRank allows candidates to feedback anonymously on the quality of an agencyís service after they have applied for a vacancy advertised by them on Jobsite. Recruiters have personal, private access to this free market research and it enables them to monitor and, if necessary, improve their service offering. The finalists within each category of the Awards were selected through a culmination of this feedback from candidates over the last 12 months.

This yearís RecruitRank Awards sees a change in the category titles from Small and Large Agencies to High Volume Jobsite User and Low Volume Jobsite User. This allows us to recognise first class agencies more fairly by allowing people to be in categories with those on an equal playing field to them in terms of attracting candidate feedback through RecruitRank.

Many of the finalists appear in more than one category, which proves that it is possible for recruitment agencies to provide an all-round excellent service to candidates. The finalists are listed in alphabetical order in each category:

The Awards, which are in their third year, will be held on 30th October 2008 at stunning private London venue, One Marylebone Road. The Awards host is James Caan, founder of the Alexander Mann Group and one of the most memorable Dragons from the BBC series Dragonís Den. As a successful entrepreneur, James is well placed to speak on how businesses can win through in tougher times and keep their staff motivated and focused. His speech will be of high value and relevance to the recruitment consultants present.
