StepStone today announced the appointment of Andy Randall as Chief Technology Officer

StepStone today announced the appointment of Andy Randall as Chief Technology Officer, with group-wide responsibility for products and technology. In this new role Andy will drive the strategy across StepStoneís products and markets, and be responsible for exploiting the growing opportunities to share and leverage technologies across StepStoneís rapidly expanding business. Andy will report directly to Colin Tenwick, CEO, of StepStone.

In its online job-board business, the StepStone platform supports over 1.5 million visitors per week to its career sites across Europe. StepStoneís e-recruitment solutions support over 400 leading companies across Europe and beyond. All StepStoneís technologies are designed to combine a rewarding candidate experience with powerful tools for recruiters to provide a platform for efficient and cost-effective recruitment.

Andy was a founder of i-GRasp, which joined the StepStone group in July 2005, and built the company from start-up to European market leader in just five years. He has over 15 years experience of leading the delivery of innovative, technology solutions, with a focus on the recruitment industry, and is widely recognised as a recruitment technology visionary.
