It’s been a record month for Top-Consultant.com, the niche job board for management and business consultants, with the business scaling heights never before achieved on the back of an increasingly buoyant management consultancy market.
Active recruitment campaigns, visitor numbers, page views and revenues for the leading job board for consultants are all up dramatically.
During the course of 2004 we have seen almost every major brand name in consulting re-evaluate their recruitment plans and re-double their efforts to bring new talent on board,î Top-Consultant.com Director Tony Restell said.
Top-Consultant.com was used by a record 222,000 people in November, up from the previous high of 183,000 people in October and an average of 100,000 people just a year ago*.
With management consultancy recruitment showing no signs of letting up following a summer of strong growth, it is encouraging that both candidates and recruiters are using the site in record numbers easing what would otherwise be a worsening war for talent scenario.
Reflecting on the latest figures,
Mr. Restell commented: ìOur challenge was to ensure that as recruitment picked up, we found new ways to reach suitable candidates and see that the supply of candidates to consulting firms increased in line with their demand for new hires. Having more than doubled our readership in the last year, we have done everything we can to avert a candidate shortage as the market becomes increasingly buoyant. We’re delighted with these achievements and will continue to do everything we can to maximise the results advertisers achieve when using our site.
Highlights from the latest figures include:
Visitor numbers topped 200,000 for the first ever time, with 222,000 readers using the site in November compared to the previous record of 183,000
Over 1 million Top-Consultant pages were viewed by readers in the month, the first time the 1 million threshold has been broken
The number of career opportunities posted to the site exceeded 1,050 during the month, up from an average of 900 in the summer months and 620 early in 2004
