Recruitment Agencies employ web agency Tamba to overhaul online image

Penns Recruitment in Birmingham and Gloucestershire-based ETS Technical Selection have both commissioned design and build Web agency TAMBA Internet to revamp their online presence

Recruitment agencies Penns Recruitment in Birmingham and Gloucestershire-based ETS Technical Selection have both commissioned design and build Web agency TAMBA Internet to revamp their online presence.

Penns, which specialises in clerical recruitment, will see its Web site design completely refreshed and given a modern feel. A new content management system will be added to enable Penns to update jobs online as soon as they come in.

Technical and engineering recruitment company ETS Technical Selectionís Web site will also be redesigned, while a content management system will make it easier for staff to make information about the latest jobs available immediately to jobseekers. In addition, ETS will be able to update job vacancies it places on third party Web sites as well as its own by inputting information only once, reducing administration time.

ìMore and more people are utilising the Internet as a first port of call in searching for a new job, so itís critical for employment agencies to maximise this audience and provide accurate up to date vacancy information,î said Kay Hammond, MD of TAMBA Internet. ìWe have taken a design-led approach to both of these projects to distinguish these sites from the masses of competing recruitment companies online.î
