Cocoabeanís founder Mary Pratt who is a director for the Recruitment and Employment Confederationís East Region and operations director Oliver May will be embarking on the programme, which over the past 20 years, has helped more than 1000 other ambitions owner managers and managing directors.

Cocoabean based in Exchange Street, Norwich has just celebrated its second year in business. Its brand was based around a business focussed on feedback from three pivotal groups ñ businesses, jobseekers and the team of consultants working within the organisation.

Oliver May added: ìWe plan to strengthen the Norwich office with a number of specialist divisions coupled with offering new opportunities for entrepreneurial recruiters wishing to embrace the chance to work alongside Cocoabean in managing and running new offices in other locations throughout the UK.

The 11 week programme at Cranfield, whose world-renowned MBA course, is ranked about such competitors as Harvard, ends with Mary and Oliver making a presentation to the Business Growth and Development lecturers and an independent panel of advisors coupled with a six monthly review.
