REAL People partner with U.S to bring cutting edge technology to UK

REAL People Group is this month celebrating the launch of a new web-based Talent Management service

Yorkshire based recruitment consultancy, REAL People Group, is this month celebrating the launch of a new web-based Talent Management service, having been chosen as a partner for a leading US provider, bringing cutting edge technology to the UK.

Having been behind some of the most advanced and innovative HR technology around, for the last 4 years, REAL People have now been chosen as the UK partners for award winning Hrsmart Inc. of Dallas, Texas, enabling them to now offer the latest advancements in e-recruitment, developed by a leading provider of world-class talent management solutions.

HRsmart is a modular system that can be implemented in stages, allowing the customer to implement the whole system in a planned and effective way and not pay for functionality they donít use. Based largely around applicant tracking and management, it also has the capacity to go beyond recruitment, creating structure for procedures involving induction, appointment and career development.

Whilst this new product is a further development from what REAL people have created in house, their own bespoke services have to date proven popular with clients such as Morrisons who have benefited from being able to manage their recruitment directly, through a REAL people system. Their package added a careers section to their website, which managed applications directly, through a back office system, from filing cvs, to allocating interviews, enabling them to form a relationship directly with their job applicants.

Current clients using HRsmart include: IBM, SAKS Fifth Avenue, Four Seasons Hotel & Resorts.

Other clients REAL people are also working with on recruitment include Morrisons, UCLAN, Instore.
