In a continuing effort to improve the site R People has introduced an ’Urgent Vacancy’ facility. As a recruiter you can designate up to two vacancies to be urgent.
These vacancies receive increased exposure by being guaranteed to appear at the top of the job search results (if relevant to search). They also appear with company logo on the home page of R People. In addition a selection of urgent vacancies are emailed to all new members at registration.
You have the option to select your vacancy to be urgent when posting the job, and urgent vacancies are highlighted in your vacancy manager.
