Quarsh, a Milton Keynes based Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Talent Solutions provider, announced today that they have been selected by The Environmental & Process Engineering Group Limited (TEPE Group), a leading facilities management and engineering firm, to streamline their recruitment campaigns and help progress employer branding efforts.

TEPE Group, whose annual turnover is an estimated £60m, currently employee over 150 members of staff and are looking increase their overall headcount to support ambitious growth initiatives and maximise productivity. As part of a three year agreement, Quarsh will provide TEPE Group with full on-site recruitment support for all four of their businesses, which will include creating a Talent Warehouse to support future hiring needs and developing their Employee Value Proposition.
