The PsyMax assessment solution offers an efficient, easy-to-use, flexible tool for selecting individuals who are the right people for the right job. This new service will combine an Applicant Tracking Solution (ATS) and assessment tools to match prospective employees to employers needs. Statistical analysis done at Texas A&M University has validated the programís results through testing done over a period of years.
