PSL have announced that two existing members of the PSL team have been promoted to the PSL board and senior management team

PSL (Psychometric Services Ltd) one of the UKís leading psychometric test developers and publishers, this week announced that two existing members of the PSL team have been promoted to the PSL board and senior management team: Amber Darlington to Director of Sales Operations and Emma May to Commercial Director.

Amber Darlington joined PSL in 2001 having previously worked with Talisman Retail Recruitment. She now manages the PSL sales department, with responsibility for sales of the PSL product portfolio as well as the QWIZ range of skills and knowledge tests.

Emma May, formerly a client relationship manager with PSL, has been the account manager for blue chip names such as Tesco, HMV and Costa Coffee, to name but a few. Her new role will focus on sales and marketing strategy and the continued expansion of PSL.

According to Richard Alberg, chief executive of PSL:

ìI am delighted that we have been in a position to promote Amber and Emma to their well-deserved new roles. PSL is experiencing consistent growth which, in turn, has presented the company with new challenges. I hope that both roles will not only complement PSLís existing corporate framework but also increase the strength of PSL in the testing and assessment marketî.
