PreVisor, a leader in employment assessments and selection solutions that connect hiring decisions to business results, has announced that Jeff Holmen will lead overseas efforts as its Director of International Business Development. The move provides key support for the companyís ongoing growth strategy, which includes major expansion of sales and operations in global markets.
Holmen joins PreVisor from Hewitt Associates, where he managed European business development activities for the HR Outsourcing business from their Amsterdam, Netherlands office. In his new role Holmen will relocate to PreVisor headquarters in Roswell, Georgia. He will focus on growing global market share both organically through direct PreVisor sales and support operations as well as through strategic international acquisitions.

Throughout his career Jeff has been successful in building technology and HR service businesses internationally, and we look forward to significantly increasing our market share in key geographic areas.
PreVisorís first priority under Holmenís leadership will be to open a sales and support office in the UK to serve clients throughout Europe. The firm has already laid the groundwork for a stronger European presence through the established market recognition of its Qwiz, ePredix , Brainbench and PDRI brands, companies that comprise the PreVisor family.
ìOur familiarity with international markets coupled with our broad range of assessment solutions for both hard and soft skills puts us in an excellent position for rapid market expansion,î says Noel Sitzmann, PreVisor CEO. ìAnd in a global environment, our commitment to measuring the impact of selection systems on business results will give us a competitive distinction. PreVisor is already at the forefront of industry trends in consolidating assessment capabilities and documenting business outcomes, and we look forward to leveraging these strengths on a global scale.î
