PreVisor, today announced its acquisition of Performance Technologies International, Inc. (PTI). The acquisition brings PreVisor capabilities in computer-based training and e-learning, while increasing the companyís presence in the federal government market.
Founded in 1993 with offices in Fairfax, Virginia, PTI helps client organizations improve workforce performance through the creative application of technology to a range of performance and development solutions. Their customers include branches of the U.S. military, many government agencies, and key suppliers to the federal government. As a complement to its effective performance solutions, PTI is an OPM Training and Management Assistance (TMA) prime contractor.
