P&MM, the performance improvement company took more overall award-wins, runners up and highly commended honours above all other competing agencies at the Motivation Awards 2006.
P&MM won four overall categories for delivering industry leading motivation programmes including Best Event (Range Rover launch), Best Employee Benefits Programme (Works Perks for Nottingham City Council), Best Employee Recognition Programme and Best Communication (both, for P&MMís Up For It programme).
Further to its wins, P&MM also claimed runners up in another four categories including Best Employee Recognition Programme (Proud To Be, for Autoglass), Best Brand-Building Programme (Range Rover launch), Best Customer Motivation Programme (Storecard Incentive for JJB Sports) and Best All-Employee Programme (Pride In Team Programme for Volvo Car UK).
P&MM was highly commended in Best New Reward Product or Solution (for P&MMís own Electronic Scratchcard), Best Use Of Incentive Travel (Shogun Challenge for Toyota Industrial Equipment), Best Third Party Or Channel-Partner Programme (Pride In Team Performance for Volvo Car UK), Best Communication (Nowís Your Chance for the AA) and Most Successful Programme (P&MMís Up For It).
