PeopleClick announces 10 new clients

PeopleClick announces 10 new clients and nearly $10 million in RMS contract renewals in Q4

International Expansion Continues in Europe and Asia

Peopleclick Inc., the leading total workforce acquisition provider for global companies, signed 10 new recruiting clients in Q4 2004, and implemented CARQUEST Auto Parts and Openwave Systems, among others. This brings the total number of new recruiting clients for 2004 to over 30. In addition, a number of Fortune 100 companies including Philips, Siemens and T-Mobile signed multi-year renewals in the fourth quarter, which marked Peopleclickís seventh straight quarter of profitability.

Our clients believe in integrating recruiting, staffing management and diversity, said Stephen A. Sasser, Peopleclickís president and CEO. These significant contract renewals and new sales are an affirmation of Peopleclickís Total Workforce Acquisition (TWA) philosophy.

Peopleclickís international expansion continues as UK-based T-Mobile implemented Peopleclick RMS in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic and will roll out in Germany and Austria over the next few months. Expansion into Asia, including new multi-byte capabilities that support character-based languages, will allow Philips to go live in China.

Weíre very pleased with the depth of Peopleclickís international support, stated Stephen Carr of T-Mobile. The additional capabilities we are seeing in the product are great tools for making our recruiters throughout Europe more productive.

Peopleclick held its bi-annual Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meeting at its Raleigh, US headquarters in December. The CAB includes senior HR executives from 25 Peopleclick clients, including Carlson Companies, Merck & Company, Philips, Pitney Bowes Inc., RBC Financial Group, Spring Group plc, T-Mobile and Welch Allyn.
