Penna Plc secures 87th position on The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For

Penna Plc, the global people management business, has been placed 87th in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list. The accolade represents the eighth year that the company has entered and been placed on the Best Companies Index.

Gary Browning, Chief Executive at Penna Plc, said: “This year has got off to a fantastic start and it’s great to see our business go from strength to strength. We have seriously talented people working for us, delivering industry leading operations for our clients, and we’re thrilled to have maintained our place in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For. People are at the heart of everything we do and it’s great that Penna has been recognised again as a great place to work.”

Each year Best Companies and The Sunday Times celebrate the best small, mid-size and big workplaces in the UK. Employees from participating organisations are surveyed based on a rigorous methodology. This enables Best Companies to compile lists of the 100 top companies in each size category which The Sunday Times publish. Every year the prestige of this list builds, making this the competition that every organisation wants to be involved in.
