Penna Plc, the human capital management consultancy, has achieved 28th position in the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For 2006. Penna is the only Human Capital Management consultancy included in the listings. It was also listed in equal 4th place for having open and honest managers and as the 8th best company for praising a good job, with 80% scoring their manager as good at expressing their appreciation.
