Parity Group, the IT services group, has announced the appointment of Ilze Lee as Group business development director. In this newly created role, Ilze will focus on international business development in IT and HR services and will be responsible for shaping sales force activity and best practice across the Group. The appointment is with immediate effect.
Ilze joins Parity with more than 15 yearsí experience at EDS as enterprise client executive, having previously held senior positions in marketing, sales and business development. As enterprise client executive at EDS, she held profit and loss responsibility for a number of large corporate accounts, including BP, as well as sector responsibility for energy. Prior to EDS, Ilze was European head of marketing for the industrial division of Rockwell International.
