OSTC and Evenbreak announce partnership to promote employment equity for disabled workers

OSTC, one of the world’s leading derivatives trading and education companies, has today announced a partnership with the disability job board Evenbreak to promote employment equality for disabled workers.

The partnership will see Evenbreak advertising all global vacancies from OSTC on their specialist job board, run by and for disabled people.

OSTC, with a growing international network across 11 offices in 5 countries is implementing a global strategy designed to promote genuine equality of employment, with a view to improving diversity within the trading sector. Through Evenbreak, OSTC are committing their desire to employ disabled people, which will allow them to ensure they can better represent the people they serve worldwide.

Evenbreak is an award-winning social enterprise based in the UK and operating globally. In addition to helping employers attract more talented disabled candidates through their accessible job board, they support employers to adopt more accessible and inclusive recruitment practices through training and consultancy, delivered by people with lived experience of disability.
