The Opus Professional Services Group have been shortlisted for not one, but two esteemed awards in the Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards 2015.
Opus employee, Freddie Short, has been shortlisted for the “Most Inspiring Newcomer” award.
Administered by Recruiter Magazine, this award recognises an individual’s exceptional and truly inspiring active contribution to building an outstanding workplace, ultimately making a positive difference to the overall success of the business; something that Freddie has greatly accomplished, despite having only worked in the recruitment industry for two years!
After joining Opus in 2013, Freddie has propelled at an enviable rate, achieving four promotions, countless benefits and operating as one the Group’s top performers as well as being the Group’s best ever newcomer. Not only does he set an impressively high standard but he leads by example by perfecting the recruitment basics, inspiring others around him.

This award distinguishes the most effective workplace environment to promote and support creativity, motivation and productivity, whilst considering its impact on employee engagement.
