Onrec.com Purchased by International Media Group

DH Publishing Ltd., the owner of Onrec.com, the leading portal and event organiser for the online recruitment industry in Europe and the USA, announced this week that it has been acquired by the international media organisation, Tarsus Group plc.

Tarsus Group plc has interests in exhibitions, conferences, publishing and online media.

A wide range of industries already uses online recruitment and the trend is set to continue. The highly-respected IRS UK employment review reported in October 2005 that online recruitment was now the norm for two-thirds of organisations. According to Mintel 96% of Fortune 500 companies recruit online.

Onrec.com brings industry service suppliers together with HR professionals, recruiters and job boards. The portal currently links to over 3,700 recruitment sites and 1,200 suppliers around the world.
