Two recruitment companies have earned places on the 15th annual Sunday Times Profit Track 100. The league table ranks Britain’s privately-owned companies with the fastest-growing profits over the last three years of available audited accounts and was published this Sunday gone.

The highest ranked recruiter was global financial services and insurance specialist recruiters Oliver James Associates who follow on from previous Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track success (2009, 2011-13) with their debut on the Profit Track 100 at position 21.

Oliver James Associates have experienced steady and impressive growth over the past three years growing profits 77% and headcount by 275%. The company was founded by childhood friends Oliver Castle, James Rogers and Nick Godson back in 2002 and has offices globally in London, Manchester, Zurich Hong Kong and Amsterdam and plan to open a Singapore office later this year.

Godson said “We are delighted to have been ranked for the first time in the Profit Track 100 and recognised for our progress in what has been a tough time for some businesses to grow.”

Well-known brands such as construction equipment manufacturer JCB, Sandwich shop Pret-a-Manger and

CV Library were also featured in this year’s league table.
