Using sophisticated import tools, eployís recruitment system has been developed to allow users to seamlessly import all the job applications and responses received via job boards back into their recruitment database, saving valuable time and resources.

eployís import tools automatically import job board responses into eploy and store CVs ready for review and processing, or if candidates are already registered on the eploy database, they handle duplicates with existing candidates automatically applied to the job they applied to. Applicants, who are already registered on the eploy database, will also have their latest CV automatically updated on the system.

To further facilitate the selection (and rejection) process, the import tools work hand-in-hand with eployís CV data extraction technology, which prioritises applications by the most relevant first, based on skills or CV content for example.
