The annual Onrec Conference and Exhibition is taking place on Tuesday 19th October, at the Grange St Pauls Hotel, London.
Onrec is pleased to welcome Tom Clancy, Lead Recruiter, eBay Classifieds, to the speaker programme who will be discussing the potential for budget savings offered by the use of social networks.
Tom will be breaking social networking down to examine its potential use in a variety of different recruitment tasks, and the contribution that it can make to lowering costs. Tom will also be looking at the organisational consequences of embracing some of these new mediums. Finally, there will also be a discussion about why social networking is not the answer to all cost issues in recruitment.
Tom Clancy has worked in recruitment for 17 years, and has worked in a variety of well-known companies from manufacturing to internet. In the course of his work Tom has been involved in all aspects of recruitment. Tom currently works within the eBay business as a talent acquisition business partner and is a specialist in social networking and recruitment.
