Most candidates search for job opportunities online. However , relatively few applications are still made online although figures are rising rapidly. Among theories put forward is the one that candidates are apprehensive about mass selection and the arbitrary criteria applied.

PeopleClick use mass selection but have developed sophisticated tools to screen candidates against appropriate criteria. They have adapted them for use in markets such as China, where it would be impossible to run a recruitment campaign without computerised selection procedures.

Larry Cucchi is a well known industry leader and needs little introduction. He has unrivalled knowledge of a wide range of online business sectors and he will use his he benefit of his own experience to make suggestions as to how the Online Industry might help to overcome candidate apprehension and reach those genuine candidates who have the appropriate skills and qualifications.

We are grateful to PeopleClick for sponsoring and hosting this event.

Yours sincerely,
