Odgers Ray & Berndtson Appoints New Industrial Practice Head

Bob Reynolds has been appointed Head of the Industrial Practice and Partner at Odgers Ray & Berndtson where he will specialise in director-level recruitment across all business disciplines, including general management, finance, sales & marketing and operations.

Bob began his career in search with GKR, before joining Korn/Ferry, where he was Head of the Industrial Practice.

Prior to his career in search, Bob worked as a management consultant with Coopers & Lybrand and subsequently with the WCI Group. He moved into management consultancy from Jaguar Cars, where he worked extensively on manufacturing strategy development. During his time at Jaguar, Bob also made teaching contributions to the Production Engineering Tripos at Cambridge University, where he held the concurrent post of Jaguar Industrial Fellow. Bob began his career with the Unilever Group, where he spent nine years in a series of increasingly senior operations management roles.

He is a graduate of Lincoln College, Oxford University and has a degree in Engineering Science & Economics and is a Chartered Engineer.
