Northgate HR signs seven universities in ResourceLink deals worth 3.5 million

Northgate HR has today announced that seven universities across the UK will implement its ResourceLink integrated HR and payroll solution. The contracts have a combined business value of over 3.5 million.

One of the seven, Lancaster University, has announced that following an extensive review of the market place and a formal tendering process, it will be using ResourceLink.

Core HR and payroll will be implemented, followed by recruitment and training modules. The University plans to roll out self-service HR to all employees enabling them to submit expenses, holiday requests and record sickness online, significantly reducing the administration burden on the HR department.

Disparate HR databases in each department will be consolidated to create a single HR database, eliminating duplicate employee records and supporting the ongoing development and improvement of management information across the University.
