From Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kirgizstan to the shores of the South Coast of England, Tristram Jelleyís journey in the world of Recruitment has not been without its excitement. And now that he has joined thriving Smart Group Recruitment Solutions, Tristram hopes the excitement will continue apace as the company continues to expand.

ìMy career has taken me all over the world. Most recently I was based in Central Asia specialising in placing local nationals with International companies. My new role is as Sales Development Executive with the ëSmart Plusí division based in Poole. Part of my role is to grow the IT and White Collar vacancies side of the business whilst expanding the division with new staff and growing the temporary and project side of ëSmart Plusí. Tristram still thoroughly enjoys travelling and continues to spend time in South East Asia and increasingly Italy whenever he gets the chance. A keen sports enthusiast Tristam enjoys horse riding, swimming and keep fit, peppered with culture trips to museums when his busy lifestyle allows him.
