New replay call recording service launches for the recruitment industry

Redstar Telecom, the specialist provider of off-site telephony services has launched its Replay Call Recording service, which is set to take the recruitment industry by storm. Replay allows companies to record and download telephone interviews and email these calls directly to clients to support CV applications, giving clients both a written and audio format from which to chose candidates.

The service gives recruitment companies an extra tool by helping to bring to life a potential intervieweeís CV off the page without the client having to take the time to interview these individuals in person in the first stage of the process.
