New joiner in Norman Broadbentís Energy and Natural Resources Practice

Norman Broadbent, the executive search and leadership consultancy today announces that Oxana Sedlyar has joined as an Associate in the firmís Energy and Natural Resources Practice. Oxana has over 15 yearsí experience in recruitment, consultancy and general management. Prior to her career in search, Oxana was involved in the management of non-profit organisations. She has also worked as an interpreter and PR specialist.

Oxana has experience of UK and cross border searches, particularly in the oil and gas, automotive and process industries. At Norman Broadbent, Oxana will be sourcing scarce talent for roles across Russia and the CIS countries. She will be based in London and report to the Practiceís Managing Director, Jon Glesinger, who commented, ìWe are delighted to welcome Oxana to the team. She has valuable experience in a geographical area that is very important to us. With Oxana on board Norman Broadbent is well placed to continue developing its presence in Russia and the CIS countries.

Oxana holds an MBA from the London Business School and an M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from Kiev Taras Shevchenko University in Ukraine. She is fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
