New Internal Career Page Capabilities Added To Qandidate.com Free ATS

Qandidate.com, the provider of a free ATS / recruitment software is pleased to announce it has widen its recruitment offering an introduced a new internal sourcing feature

Qandidate.com, the provider of a free ATS / recruitment software is pleased to announce it has widen its recruitment offering an introduced a new internal sourcing feature. As of today customers can post their vacancies both internally and externally on separate internal and external career pages.

“In the end of the day sourcing starts internally,’ says Remy Verhoeven, co-founder and CEO of Qandidate.com. “Your existing workforce is your most important talent pool.”

Qandidate.com is the free recruitment tool for companies who want to manage their recruitment process in house. Designed for corporate and in-house recruiters, Qandidate.com’s free ATS is a great alternative for spreadsheet driven recruitment processes and for over-complex (and often costly) systems.

Today’s new feature is one of those features, which has been initiated by Qandidate.com’s growing user community. Since the introduction of Qandidate.com late February 2013, more than 6,000 companies have signed up to make use of Qandidate.com’s free ATS. Customers can initiate and share new ideas and features, which will be added to the product roadmap.

“The internal career page capability is an idea, which has been promoted by our customers,” continuous Verhoeven.  “Although this functionality was already an item on our roadmap, customers have taken this on top of the priority list and after running this for a while in private beta mode for some of our customers, we now make this feature available for all our customers.”

The new internal career page is an extension on top of the out-of-the box external career pages. Recruiters can decide for each vacancy if they want to post their vacancy on their internal or external career page. The internal career pages are also made available in the standard API integration for full website integrations between Qandidate.com and the company career site.
