New Homes Specialist Joins Fusion

Fusion People have appointed Alison Dee as Senior Consultant in their New Homes Sales division. Based in Birmingham, Alison will be responsible for supplying both temporary and permanent sales consultants to housing developers across the East and West Midlands. In addition she will assist with Fusion Peopleís two day training course which covers all aspects of new homes sales including legislation, health and safety and sales techniques

Alison commented ìI have gained valuable experience over the years with numerous developers and so have the ability to relate to the recruitment needs of both our clients and sales consultants. With such a detailed level of service available it is a very exciting time to join Fusion Peopleî.

Alison joins the company from John Shepherd New Homes where she was Field Sales Manager. Prior to that Alison was employed by Maitland Selwyn as Account Manager.
