New Chief Technical Officer joins StepStone

StepStone, a provider of talent management solutions, today announced the appointment of Martyn Arbon as Chief Technical Officer.

With over twenty years' experience in the IT industry, Martyn will assume responsibility for StepStone's technical strategy and operations.

Martyn joins bringing Senior Technical management experience from a number of organisations including Oracle Corporation, where amongst other responsibilities, he led a global technical resource for part of Oracle's Application development function. Martyn began his career as a software developer and brings detailed technical knowledge both from contributor and management perspectives, most recently leading multi-disciplined and organisationally dispersed technology groups.
