New appointments for FPSG

Award winning recruitment consultancy First People Solutions Group continues their ambitious growth strategy with the following eight appointments in offices throughout the UK.

The banking and financial services division in FPSG's Glasgow office has appointed Nadim Shema as senior consultant. Nadim hopes to exploit his experience in business development to help the team develop in the coming year.

Emma Straiton has been selected as recruitment consultant for the office and business support division in the Glasgow office. Emma will be focusing on developing the legal desk and driving business forward within the North and South Lanarkshire areas.

FPSG has also invested in a training co-ordinator to help develop and nurture their team of staff. Emma Mitchell will be based in the Glasgow office and travel throughout the company to expand and develop the knowledge and skills of employees in all offices.

Debbie Wilson has joined the call centre team in Glasgow as divisional manager with over 10 year's recruitment experience. Debbie will help to develop the considerable strengths of the team and help them grow further in the coming months.

James Hardy has been appointed as group managing consultant for the banking & financial services and sales & marketing divisions in FPSG's Manchester office. James has almost five years experience in recruitment and FPSG hope to utilise his experience in expanding divisional operations.

Also joining the Manchester office is Simon Cannon who is managing consultant for their newly developing call centre team. Simon has five years recruitment experience and will help to establish the Leeds office for FPSG.

Guy Riaz is joining FPSG's London office in March. Guy is an experienced recruiter and will be developing the southern accountancy & finance market, building on the success in this field by FPSG in other parts of the country Dawn Aindow has been appointed as operations manager for FPSG's First People TEC (Technical Engineering Construction) Group for the South of England. Dawn has 15 years experience in industry and brings invaluable skills and knowledge with her to FPSG. Dawn manages both the Wallington (Jobact) and Sutton (Tudor) offices of FPSG and is working towards bringing both offices closer together to offer a more comprehensive and complete package to clients and candidates.
