New appointments at Buck Consultants

Mike Siebenhaar has joined Buck Consultants’ Chicago office as Director in the Compensation practice

Siebenhaar most recently served with KPMG as Manager of Executive Compensation Consulting for the Midwest Region. He previously was a Consultant in the Executive Compensation Group with Mercer Human Resources Consulting. Siebenhaar has nearly 20 years of executive compensation consulting and legal experience, with expertise in compensation strategy, stock option issues, incentive programs, and mergers and acquisitions.

Siebenhaar holds a BA from Loyola University, a J.D. degree from the University of Illinois Law School, and an MBA in finance and economics from the University of Chicago. He is also a CPA. Siebenhaar has presented to the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, WorldatWork, and the Michigan Association of CPAs. He has also published articles in several national periodicals on compensation issues.

Larry Reissman has joined Buck Consultants’ Boston office as a Principal in the Compensation practice

Reissman most recently served with the Hay Group as New England Reward Practice Leader. Prior to that, he was a Compensation Consultant with Hewitt Associates. Reissman has more than 25 years of corporate and consulting experience, with expertise in reward strategy, executive pay, sales compensation, performance management, incentive program design, and business development.

Reissman received his bachelorís degree from Northeastern University and a masterís degree from Purdue University. He is a member of WorldatWork, has addressed WorldatWorkís annual conference three times, and has been published in its Workspan magazine. Reissman has also been published in several other journals.
