ìThereís huge potential here at Yes ñ itís a strong business, but like any other company, there are still areas for improvement. My focus will be on enhancing operational efficiencies through departmental re-engineering, and utilising the current systems in place and building on them,î she said.
ìOur staff are the best in the business, and I want to help them find better ways of working, identify new opportunities and inevitably make a profitable difference to the organisation.î
Sally Hill, managing director of the Yes Group of Companies said the Group was achieving a blistering growth rate, and needed the right sort of systems in place to deal with the expansion.
ìOur people are crucial to the running of the business and Elizabethís job is to develop our staff, motivating and enabling them to exceed the high targets we set. She is a critical part of our plans to meet our market share targets.î
