New appointment for specialist HR recruiter

Alison Clarke has been recruited by Quantica Search & Selection to coincide with the launch of its specialist Human Resources brand.

Mirfield born Alison, who is married with one son is joining a new division within Quantica and will work alongside other recruiters covering the UK marketplace. The division is to specialise in the recruitment of HR professionals across a range of industries following Quantica’s on-going success in the sector.

Highly experienced, Alison has an IPD post-graduate qualification coupled with many years of recruitment expertise, much of it gained within the HR industry. She started her business career working for a customer services company, progressing to assistant manager before leaving to launch a start up office in Leeds for a well known recruitment organisation. This was followed by a number of further senior appointments across the industry before Alison took an 18 month break to look after her new born baby.

Alison recently returned to the world of recruitment determined to further her own career with a specialist provider of HR services and has been instrumental in delivering Quantica’s strategy of launching a distinct HR brand. Her hobbies include reading, walking, horse riding and coaching and she hopes that the latter will also prove useful when mentoring candidates and advising clients.

The new division will build on Quantica’s success in finding high calibre HR candidates for a variety of clients ranging from well-known blue chip plcs through to SMEs.
