Assessors Online is a national business network specifically for entrepreneurs and independent professionals involved in the recruitment, assessment and development of people. Launched at the CIPD in October last year, Assessors Online arranges network events, training courses and information seminars as well as giving members the opportunity to promote their own business.

It can get very lonely and frustrating on your own, particularly in the current climate. We offer a forum to meet like-minded people in broadly the same market place, who understand and empathise with the issues of being independent ñ like the phone not ringing!
She added ëCollaborative working is very important in this market. Our members include NVQ assessors, trainers and psychologists as well as recruiters and weíve already had several new partnerships formed as a result of contacts made in the network.í
