Net-Temps, online job destination for staffing companies, announced today that it has introduced the Candidate Manager, a new set of recruiting tools designed to help users manage their job postings and administer candidate information throughout the placement process. The Candidate Manager is integrated into the existing Net-Temps Recruiting Center and is a free enhancement for its members.
Developed by Net-Temps, the Candidate Manager instantly creates a folder for each job posting. When a candidate applies to the job, their resume and other application information is automatically stored in that job folder. Recruiters can then see at a glance any new applications received and review a candidate when convenient.
The Candidate Manager also offers a set of tools giving recruiters the ability to communicate with candidates directly from their Recruiting Center. Any actions taken with a candidate are recorded and stored in the candidate history for easy reference. These tools include:
Email - choose from several generic email templates or create a custom email to send to one or multiple candidates
Status ñ assign a pre-defined or custom status to a candidate relative to where they stand in the application process
Rank ñ classify a candidate with a ranking of 1-10
Questionnaire ñ email a candidate a custom questionnaire to help in the screening process
Notesñ add comments and notes about a candidate
Alerts ñ create and schedule an alert to act as a reminder of action items due
In addition to job folders, recruiters have the ability to create custom resume folders for storing and organizing resumes collected from the Net-Temps resume database and other sources.
