The REC audited status is one of the most comprehensive audits of its kind. It assesses agencies on 10 key areas, which includes everything from initial contact with clients through to the advertising of the agency. The audit is recognised by the DTI and ensures that the audited consultancy complies with both The Employment Agencies Act and Conduct Regulations 2003 and the REC Code of Good Recruitment Practice. The REC audit is a guaranteed measure of quality for clients and candidates alike and demonstrates the all round excellence of Northern Employment Services.
Of the 6000 plus recruitment consultancies operating in the UK today, there are currently only 61 who hold the esteemed REC audited status. Of these only 10 are based in the North West.
