After an excellent 2003, MrTed Limited is delighted to announce that 2004 proved to be an even more successful
year with new records being reached in both revenue and profits.

Revenues were up 30% compared to 2003 and we posted over US$1 million in operating profits. I am also really excited with the prospects for 2005; I think weíve just started to reap the benefits of our leadership position in Europe and global delivery capabilities.î
These strong results came from increased usage of the MrTed TalentLink TM solutions by existing customers as well as the acquisition of new corporate customers across Europe, the USA, South Africa and China. In 2004, MrTed acquired 27 new customers including a number of prominent global corporations such as Capgemini, DeBeers, CSC, Zurich Financial Services, Thales, Ford or Fortis Group.
At the same time, existing customers such as Siemens, Danone, Sodexho Alliance, Leroy Merlin or European RPO leader, Alexander Mann Solutions continued to enjoy strong Return-on-Investment and expand the scope of their MrTed TalentLink TM solution to more countries and more businesses. This strategy paid off for our customers; As an example, Siemens Global career website, supported by MrTedTalentLink TM , was rated as ìOne of the 5 best career website in the worldî by ERE experts. 2004 has also been a busy year from a technology and services perspective as MrTed continued to invest significantly in product development and service enhancements. The MrTed Global Data Center team delivered an impressive 99.997% uptime in 2004 while usage grew 100% during the period to reach 50,000 corporate users and 2,500,000 hits per day.
Throughout 2004, the MrTed TalentLink TM Application suite continued to be enriched with new functionalities and smart ideas coming directly from our customer base. Our integrated Contingent Workforce Management module launched in early 2004 has been very well received is currently deployed in more than 18 countries.
MrTedTalentLink TM is actually the only application in the industry to deliver a multi-local Total Workforce Acquisition solution giving customers a greater control and easier integration of all resourcing processes. MrTed also paved the way for Resourcing Shared Service centres (in-house or outsourced) with the launch of our Hiring Manager Self Service (a multifunctional portal specifically dedicated to operational managers and integrating all aspects of permanent and contingent resourcing).
As MrTed is promoting the Software as a Service (SaaS) model, all of its customers benefit from the latest improvements and new functionalities of the platform without requiring any software or hardware upgrade of any
kind.
