Motivating and rewarding staff in professional services organisations is the subject of two educational seminars hosted in London, on the 8th and 9th of March. The breakfast seminars are sponsored by 4th Contact, the industry pioneers of benefits technology.
Guest speaker, Barry Hoffman, who has also presented at Londonís Employee Benefits Conference, will show practical examples that illustrate the motivational impact of flexible benefits, reward systems and statements. Barry has consulting experience for the Legal Services Commission, Volkswagen Group (including Gedas), and the Department of Work & Pensions.
