Starting in 1998 as a Researcher, Andrew has developed an impressive reputation in the industry, not only for his skills as a recruiter and manager but also for his extensive market knowledge. He has helped Morgan McKinley build one of the strongest temporary divisions in the City, supplying Londonís leading investment banks and financial services institutions with high calibre temporary and contract staff.
In his new role, Andrew has full operational responsibility for Morgan McKinleyís temporary and permanent divisions in London and Edinburgh. These areas cover; Asset Management, Banking Finance and Accountancy, Banking Operations, Commodities, Credit, Risk and Quantitative Finance, Human Resources, Insurance, Investment Banking and Capital Markets, Legal and Compliance and Secretarial and Support.
