More than 100,000 jobs will be filled by the recruitment agencies this year despite the current decline in the economy

More than 100,000 jobs will be filled by the recruitment agencies this year despite the current decline in the economy. This is an estimation made by the National Recruitment Federation based on industry facts and relevant statistics and projections.

LoadzaJobs.ie, which provides effective online recruitment solutions, said when they compare their current job listings that they are securing similar number of vacancies for the same period last year despite the downturn in the economy.

In a recent survey conducted by LoadzaJobs.ie it would suggest that there is still a lot of activity in the job market with 46% of users looking to change jobs within the next 6 months. 75% are looking for full time employment and 26% are seeking more pay.

According to the National Recruitment Federation, the sectors that are actively recruiting are hospitality, the financial sector and all the professional services.

LoadzaJobs.ie has been experiencing a high volume of jobseekers for IT and Medical positions in recent weeks and there is a still an increase in the number of indigenous SMEís advertising new positions.

LoadzaJobs.ie introduced Irelandís first online recruitment fair into the Irish recruitment market this year. Due to its success a second online recruitment fair focussing on some of the key sectors currently recruiting will be launched this September.
