Monster Government Solutions eters into Joint Marketing and Vendor Agreement with the International Public Management Association for Human Resources

Monster Government Solutions, a division of Monster Worldwide, announced today that it has entered into a joint marketing and vendor agreement with the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR), a non-profit, membership organization dedicated to providing resources and advocacy for public human resource professionals at all levels.

As part of the joint marketing and vendor agreement, Monster Government Solutions is hosting a career site for all IPMA-HR members on IPMA-HR’s Web site located at http://www.ipma-hr.org. This career site allows all IPMA-HR members to post job openings to the IPMA-HR Web site and on Monster.com for a 60-day period at a specially discounted price.

IPMA-HR and Monster Government Solutions will also be working together to develop joint educational events as part of the relationship. The first event scheduled is a March 10 audio conference discussing workforce planning to be presented by Monster Government Solutions executives Roger Campbell and Ed Powell.

There are demographic challenges facing the public sector as a growing number of employees become eligible for retirement while employers face a future labor shortage, said Neil Reichenberg, IPMA-HR executive director. We feel through this relationship with Monster Government Solutions, as a leading provider of HR solutions for government, enables us to deliver higher quality to our members within this area.

Monster Government Solutions will also be a platinum sponsor of IPMA-HR’s annual International Training Conference and exhibit at a number of other IPMA-HR events throughout the year including IPMA-HR’s Federal Section Conference and IPMA-HR Assessment Council (IPMAAC) Conference.
