Monster, the global online careers site and and Webhire, Inc., provider of talent management solutions, have announced they have signed an agreement to provide employers with an integrated solution to attract and hire job candidates. The jointly developed solution, which will include product integration, joint training, and co-marketing efforts, is designed to provide employers with the full scope of sourcing, selection, and reporting tools to help them meet all of their hiring needs. Webhire represents the first talent management solution provider to join with Monster to provide hiring solutions.

Integrated Online Application - When a seeker applies for a job on Monster posted from Webhire Recruiter or Webhire Healthcare, their application will automatically include information from their Monster profile. This will save time for potential candidates and increase the number of qualified applicants for employers.

Enhanced Resume Search - Monsterís SmartFind Resume Search tool will be integrated with Webhireís search functionality, allowing recruiters to quickly and efficiently identify and upload candidates from Monsterís extensive resume database, which now boasts more than 43 million resumes.
